Postage Prices and Payment
This is information for online orders only.
Free Options available:
Choose pick up in store at checkout to pick up your order from Newtown Store, please only select this option if you can pick it up.
All gift vouchers posted free (press pick up in store option to avoid postage cost, and add to notes the postage address you would like)
Free shipping Australia wide for all purchases over $150*
(excludes Shipping Bulky and Heavy Items, Express sShipping, Registered Post, and International)
Flat Rate Standard Postage within Australia
We ship using Australian Post
- Standard flat-rate shipping is $7.95*
- Registered standard shipping is $12.95*
- Express, registered shipping is $15.95*
- Heavy or large and Bulky items min $20*
- Option of postage emailed to customer for all postage in excess of these above quotes
We also offer free in-store pickup, just choose this option at checkout.
Please note, bulky or very heavy items will incur higher postage costs and we may contact you regarding extra postage costs associated with your order. You will be given the option to cancel your order at any time if the extra costs do not suit you.
Your order will be shipped in approximately 3-7 working days on receipt of payment.
Outlet Newtown is not liable for posted packages that have gone missing during transit.
To ensure your parcel gets to you, always enter the safest address for delivery.
We will email you confirmation at the time of dispatch, and provide you with the package tracking number.

You can return merchandise to the Outlet Newtown within 14 days of purchase. Bring in or post /Email a copy your receipt or proof of purchase, and merchandise for an Exchange or Store Credit.
We are happy to exchange but no refunds will be issued unless the item is faulty. We do not exchange or accept returns of 'sale' items. All 'sale' purchases are final.
Please email your intention to return an item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Send stock back in, as new condition, to our store, with a note discussing the issue for return to-

Customers will be responsible for all postage and handling charges. We strongly suggest using a trackable Australia Post satchel, as we can not take responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
In the case of an exchange, please include a self addressed post satchel to avoid incurring the cost of re-delivery. This ensures we can promptly post your chosen replacement item.
Postage costs are not refundable.
